The company was founded in August 1990. A group of like-minded circuit board professionals, with a tenacious belief, the spirit of continuous exploration and development, set up the headquarters "Bannsan Industrial Co., Ltd." in Hong Kong, and set up circuit board factories in Hong Kong and Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Later due to development needs, the factory moved to Yuanzhou Town (formerly Jiutan Town), Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province in November 1996, and the "Boluo County Jiutan Bannsan Circuit Board Factory" was established. By 2015, due to government policy regulations, "Boluo County Jiutan Bannsan Circuit Board Factory" was transformed and upgraded to "Bannsan Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd.". Now it has developed into a professional manufacturer of multilayer and double-sided circuit boards with about 400 employees, including more than 120 professionals, covering an area of 120,000 square feet and a monthly output of 600,000 square feet. The products are exported to Europe. , The United States, Australia, and Japan and Southeast Asia.
